The reward is once-off, per referred client. Refer as many people as you like.

Refer-a-friend terms and conditions
1. The programme
1.1The FVM Mediahouse Refer-a-Friend Programme (the Programme) rewards people who introduce new clients to FVM Mediahouse.
1.2Anyone aged 18 or older may refer, including existing FVM clients, except FVM Mediahouse employees and contracted sales agents, who are rewarded under their own commission agreements.
1.3Referrals are submitted through the referral form on www.fvmmediahouse.com. Referrals made by phone, WhatsApp or email are accepted only if FVM confirms them in writing.
2. What counts as a qualifying referral
2.1The person or business referred (the Referred Client) must be new to FVM Mediahouse: not a current client, and not a client or in active discussions with FVM in the 6 months before the referral.
2.2The Referred Client must sign an FVM agreement, or book and pay for a once-off project, within 90 days of the referral being submitted.
2.3If more than one person refers the same Referred Client, the first valid submission wins.
2.4By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that the Referred Client has agreed to be contacted by FVM Mediahouse.
2.5Self-referrals, and referrals of a business the referrer owns or manages, do not qualify.
3. The reward
3.1The reward is a once-off 10% of the Referred Client’s first invoice, calculated on the total invoice amount.
3.2For a monthly retainer, the first invoice is the first monthly invoice. For a once-off project, it is the invoice for that project.
3.3A referrer may make any number of referrals. Each qualifying referral earns its own reward.
3.4Rewards are paid in cash by EFT and cannot be exchanged for services or transferred to another person.
4. When and how rewards are paid
4.1A reward becomes payable only once the Referred Client has paid their first invoice in full.
4.2FVM Mediahouse pays rewards by EFT on the 7th of the month after the month in which the first invoice was paid. If the 7th is not a business day, payment is made on the next business day.
4.3FVM will contact the referrer for banking details once the referral qualifies. The referrer must supply them within 60 days, or the reward lapses.
4.4The referrer is responsible for declaring any reward to SARS as required.
5. Privacy
5.1FVM Mediahouse uses the personal information submitted through the referral form only to contact the Referred Client about its services and to administer and pay the reward, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
5.2Anyone may ask FVM to delete their information by emailing admin@fvmmediahouse.com.
6. General
6.1FVM Mediahouse may refuse or cancel a reward where it reasonably suspects abuse, false information or a breach of these terms.
6.2FVM’s decision on whether a referral qualifies, and on duplicate referrals, is final.
6.3FVM may change or end the Programme by publishing updated terms on its website. Rewards already earned before a change remain payable.
6.4These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
